Teamwork
- A team is a group of people who work together to achieve a common goal
- One negative attitude within a team may affect the whole team
- Personality clashes should be addressed in order for the team to perform at its best
- Ideas and observations should be voiced at team meetings
- Assisting each other is what team is all about
Positive Work Attitude
- You were hired for your abilities
- People are capable of adapting, innovating, serving and leading
- Take a pro-active attitude towards your work
- If you have a problem take it up with the appropriate person
- Treat people as you would like to be treated
